The Decision Lab starts from a real strategic decision of the organization. For 30 days, information is collected about the context of the decision and the perceptions of the stakeholders involved.
The diagnostic is presented in person and becomes the starting point for an executive experience, built to displace the usual gaze on the decision.
30 days of preparation
During the 30 days prior to the in-person experience, the organisation records the context of the decision and carries out the collection of necessary information.
A HappyTrack disponibiliza os questionários e acessos necessários para coletar as percepções dos públicos envolvidos, incluindo clientes e colaboradores, de acordo com o escopo definido.
The mobilisation of participants and the timely completion of data collection are the responsibility of the participating organisation.
Os dados são analisados para identificar diferenças de percepção, prioridades, critérios de arbitragem e zonas de incoerência capazes de interferir na decisão.
The diagnostic is not delivered in advance.
Two options for shifting perspective.
Why leave the context where the decision was built?
New information, received in the same context and under the same frameworks that built the original decision, risks being interpreted through the same lenses.
That is why, in the Decision Lab, the presentation of the diagnostic takes place outside the organisation's usual environment.
The shift is not part of the scenario. It is part of the method.
Stepping outside the context in which a decision was constructed makes it possible to temporarily suspend the references, routines and assumptions that seem natural when we are immersed in them, and to see differently what, until then, had been taken for granted.
The objective is not to move away from the company's reality.
Changing the reference point
From what vantage point are we observing the reality we believe we know?
Paris explores the relationship between point of observation, perception and constructed reality..
Throughout the experience, different contexts make it possible to observe how details, signals, expectations, coherence and reference points shape what we perceive and, consequently, what we consider relevant when making a decision.
The objective is not to discover Paris.
It is to observe the decision itself from another reference point.
